He is certified by the John Maxwell Leadership Team as a Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, and his work focuses on education, management, and organizational development. Orville has extensive experience initiating and executing various programs and initiatives for communication, personal and professional development, team building, organization design, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), and educational consultations.
